HOBET Basics
The HOBET is a good diagnostic indicator of a potential student's ability for success in a health occupations training program. The HOBET evaluates reading aptitude, math skills, stress level, social interaction style, learning style, and test-taking skills.

The HOBET assesses seven areas that are fundamental for academic success and comprises the Individual Student Summary Reports along with a Composite Group Report.

It determines the person's skills in mathematics and science reading comprehension and also gives evaluation of counseling areas to draw a whole picture of the person.
